An outdoor roller-skating rink will open at The Shops at Atlas Park on Friday, April 30.
United Skates of America will operate the facility in the Glendale mall’s inner courtyard. Admission is $12 for a 90-minute session, and equipment rentals are $6, but participants can bring their own skates and roller-blades.

The rink will follow COVID safety protocols, and anybody under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult (age 25 or older). Each adult can chaperone three youngsters at a time.
The Shops at Atlas Park, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary, is located at 80-00 Cooper Ave. It has onsite parking.
United Skates of America, which is based in Columbus, Ohio, runs 19 facilities around the country, including one in Long Island.
