#InTheLoop | Bowling Alleys, Trampolines + Korean BBQ Are Coming to The Shops at Skyview

Sounds like a one-stop shop for an epic birthday party!

The Shops at Skyview just signed lease agreements to bring a bowling arcade, a trampoline park, and a Korean restaurant to Flushing. Details follow.

Round 1 Bowling & Arcade
The first Round 1 (top photo) in the five boroughs will be on level 3 near Best Buy. Expected to open in summer 2026, the 80,240-square-foot facility will have Japan-import arcade games as well as bowling, billiards, ping-pong, event spaces, and 100+ crane machines.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park
Also expected to open in Summer 2026, the 49,733-square-foot Sky Zone (middle photo) will be on level 5 of the west building. The brand, which was founded in 2004, owns, operates, and franchises hundreds of trampoline parks across the United States and Canada.

Jongro BBQ
The 23,946-square-foot Jongro BBQ (bottom photo) is expected to open on level 6 near Target in late 2025. The restaurant will serve traditional barbecue dishes conceived in Seoul, Korea. A food hall is in the mix, too.

Skyview’s main address is 40-24 College Point Blvd. The multi-level shopping destination – whose tenants include Bath & Body Works, Foot Locker, Grandma’s Dim Sum, Marshalls, Nike Clearance, Sephora, Skyfoods, Target, and Uniqlo – is a few blocks from the 7 train’s Main Street station. Plus, it has a large, multi-level parking lot.

“We are providing guests with more incentives to lengthen their stay while also attracting new visitors with fresh and exciting experiences,” stated Peter Maggio, EVP and Chief Revenue Officer for ShopCore Properties. “We look forward to continuing to grow the center’s leasing, occupancy and sales, and enhance this vibrant shopping destination serving local customers in the heart of Flushing.”

Jongro BBQ Vice President Aidan Lee added: “Skyview is a preeminent destination in the heart of Queens with significant foot traffic driven by events and a collection of well-curated tenants, which makes it the perfect spot when we were looking to expand within the New York City market.”

ShopCore, which manages Skyview, is a Blackstone real estate portfolio company that leases and manages approximately 150 shopping centers across 16 states.
