Eat. Eat a little more. Eat even more. Repeat.
Taste of Sunnyside is on Sunday, Oct. 13, from 1 pm to 7 pm.
At least 61 local eateries (and counting) are ready to provide samples of their specialties during this 14th annual restaurant crawl and block party that the Sunnyside Shines Business Improvement District spearheads.
Ticket prices start at $55.09, and during check-in, patrons receive a crawl map and wristband that’s valid for a tasting portion at each participating business. (Two shuttles and an ADA-compliant bus will be available for those who would like transportation along the route.)

When finished with the food, patrons can attend a block party on 46th Street between Queens Boulevard and Greeenpoint Avenue. It’ll include music, art, family-friendly activities, and swag.
“Attendees will be treated to a wide variety of tastes of local signature dishes and brews as ticket holders travel between participating restaurants and bars,” stated Sunnyside Shines Executive Director Dirk McCall de Palomá. “Eventgoers will get to visit each participating restaurant, which is great for small business owners to make direct connections with their neighbors, and for people to know where restaurants are located.”
