Regardless of any jet lag, prehistoric Australian dinosaurs will visit Modern Day Flushing for a few hours on Sunday, Feb. 2.
Erth’s Dinosaur Zoo Live will evolve at Queens College’s Colden Auditorium, starting at 3 pm.
Audience members will observe, meet, feed, and interact with life-like dinosaurs, insects, and other giant puppet creatures. They’ll be able to take photos and check out the mechanics of these creatures that once roamed the earth. (Editor’s note: A Triceratops was just created for this tour.)
General admission is $35 with no fees. (Purchase three tickets and receive a fourth one free via the “Me + 3 4-Pack Offer” on the ticketing page.)
Erth’s Dinosaur is a family-friendly show brought to life by a team of performers and puppeteers – and designed with help from professional paleontologists. It’s a creation of Erth Visual & Physical, an Australia-based theatre company founded by Scott Wright and Sharon Kerr in 1990.
Colden Auditorium’s main address is 153-49 Reeves Ave. near Kissena Boulevard and the Long Island Expressway. A few free parking lots are within walking distance.
