One man’s trash is another man’s treasure. Plus, there should be some good food.
Long Island City restaurant M. Wells hosts the LIC Garage Sale & Community Swap on Sunday, June 23, at noon.
To run for six hours, the event is kind of a block party. Participants will interchange old, used, overstocked, and vintage products and drop off others. A few large tables will be filled with siftable products, too, but activities also include live music, a bar cart, games, raffles, and other activities.
Attendance is free, and just about everything else is negotiable.
Co-organized by City Owlets Playcafe, the LIC Garage Sale & Community Swap will take place in the vicinity of 43-15 Crescent St.
