#Newsflash | Queens Rocks! Gov Ball Is in Flushing Meadows Corona Park in June
BY QEDC It's In Queens
In yet another sign that Queens is L’endroit où il faut être (or The Place to Be), Governors Ball 2023 has just announced that its annual three-day music festival will take place in Flushing Meadows Corona Park this summer.
Lizzo, Kendrick Lamar, Odesza, Lil Nas Z, and Joey Bada$$ are among more than 60 artists who are scheduled to perform from Friday, June 9, through Sunday, June 11.
The outdoor fun is set for the vicinity of the 111-01 Corona Ave. entrance. In addition to four stages, the footprint will include space for art installations, activations, activities, a shaded lounge, and free water stations. Plus, popular New York City restaurants and food trucks will sell their products there.
