Sunnyside resident Karesia Batan wears many hats. The daughter of Filipino immigrants dances. She does choreography. She produces art events. She raises an adorable daughter. And she runs the Queensboro Dance Festival, which she founded in 2014. The annual extravaganza brings several dozen free dance performances to several dozen Queens neighborhoods during the warm weather.
