Queens Got Talent!
Check out these skills during Bayside Historical Society’s Winter Art Show, which runs from Wednesday, Feb. 5, at 1 pm to Sunday, March 2, at 1 pm.
Now in its 24th year, this annual showcase exhibits contemporary, borough-based artists in a variety of styles and mediums. Expect paintings, sculptures, photographs, mixed media, and anything else a creative mind can imagine.
Check out the Winter Art Show on display at the old Express store — near Ben’s Kosher Deli and Monster Crab — at Bay Terrace Shopping Center (vicinity of 26th Avenue and 211st Street) or online via the BHS website.
Admission is free, but pieces will be for sale. Plus, judges will select works for special recognition during a closing reception on March 2 from 1 pm to 3 pm.
