The Use of Force and the Police: Understanding the Use of Force through the Constitution @ virtual

Retired NYPD Detective James Coll will discuss the legal framework relating to police use of force and how the Supreme Court has interpreted the Constitution on this critical matter. In addition to his twenty years on the police force, Coll is currently an adjunct professor of American and Constitutional history at Hofstra University and Nassau Community College.
