New for Spring 2021, we will be bringing back in-person exercise classes with outdoor fitness classes at our Tanenbaum Family Pool in Little Neck (across the street from our Sam Field Center)!
Move better and feel better with our group fitness classes that help with:
Improving balance and joint mobility
Enhancing functional movement
Stretch and Flex
Increase your range of motion, balance, and flexibility for activities for daily living and overall. Sitting and standing exercises will be performed.
8 Mondays beginning April 19
Exercise with Light Weights
Strengthen and improve your movement through working with light weights. Sitting and standing exercises will be performed.
8 Tuesdays beginning April 20

Aerobics and Dance Fitness
Come move with us! A gentle aerobic workout that incorporates low-impact movements with engaging music.
8 Thursdays beginning April 22
$55 one class per week
$140 all three classes per week ($25 savings)
$10 drop-in per class
