The Police Athletic League (PAL) presents its Summer Playstreets Program at two Queens parks this year. Kids and families can enjoy various outdoor activities, including fitness challenges, nutrition education and basketball clinics/tournaments.
Children will have the opportunity to exercise and follow a healthy living lifestyle. Children will even log their daily water consumption for a site-based challenge.
The basketball clinics take place Monday through Thursday and are open to boys and girls ages 5-17. They are split into three levels based on age. Special themed 5-on-5 basketball tournaments are held every Thursday.
When: Monday – Thursday, 11 AM to 4 PM through August 10
