Have you tried to meditate on your own or learned many styles of meditation without solid results? Chan meditation workshops are designed to benefit everyone from beginners to advanced meditators. You will learn the proper posture, techniques and principles of meditation during this workshop. The instructor will answer your questions to save time and develop your concentration power (Samadhi power) quickly.
This class is free and open to public. People from different traditions, religions and ages can join. Instructions will be given according to your level. The class will be taught in English and Korean. I organize these classes to repay my teacher’s kindness and share something that really changed my life.
